1. Introduction

CadenceFlow ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at cadenceflow.co (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Account authentication is handled by Netlify Identity, a third-party service operated by Netlify, Inc.

Workflow content. When you submit a workflow description for analysis, that text is transmitted to OpenAI's API to generate your report. We do not store your workflow content on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the analysis.

Usage data. We track the number of analyses you have run per account to enforce usage limits. This count is stored securely via Netlify Blobs and is associated with your account ID.

Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we may collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for operational purposes only.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• To enforce usage limits and manage account access
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use

We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

The Service uses the following third-party providers:

• Netlify — hosting, form handling, authentication (Identity), and data storage (Blobs). Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI — powers the workflow analysis engine. Your workflow descriptions are transmitted to OpenAI's API. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — used to serve the Inter typeface. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Usage count data is retained to enforce tier limits. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your rights (California residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of personal information we hold about you
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
